I was thinking about marketing travel affiliate programs offline and how they might go in a huge, multicultural city like Sydney, where I live.
There are many ethnic enclaves in Sydney. Some areas are completely dominated by one ethnic group. For instance, you can go to Burwood and most of the people you see there are East Asian (that is, Chinese, Korean, etc.). Lakemba, on the other hand, has a very high percentage of people from the Middle East.
I thought that you could target these particular populations with flyers that promote cheap overseas travel to major regions and capitals. In Burwood you could mention Seoul, Beijing, etc. In Lakemba it could be Lebanon.
This may sound politically incorrect to some, but I think it could be a smart move!
